Helpdesk Coordinator - Facilities Management

RES Group Ltd incorporating Ryan Electrical Services based on Priory Park, Hull, require a Help desk Co-Coordinator for their busy reactive maintenance help desk.

Main duties to include;

  • Liaising with clients’ regarding all types of maintenance.

  • Arranging maintenance repairs with Engineers and contractors,

  • Updating call records.

  • Maintaining and updating client reports and liaising with various departments as required.

  • Participate in ‘on –call’ rota as required, this requires home working.

The successful candidate will;

  • Have an excellent telephone manner with proven communication skills.

  • Working within the Maintenance/Facilities Management sector would be an advantage.

  • Have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and be a strong team player.

  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

  • Having knowledge of Clik and Citrix would be advantage, however full training will be provided.

This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week and will involve 8am start times.

Salary dependent on experience.

Ryan Electrical Services & Sons Ltd maintenance division are looking to recruit an electrician to join their busy Maintenance team, looking after the commercial and retail sector. Reporting to our Hessle based office, the successful candidate will;

  • carry out typical maintenance based duties within a retail/commercial environment.

  • possess a full UK driving license.

  • hold the relevant electrical qualifications, NVQ Level 3 is essential - 18th edition would be an advantage.

  • be available to stay away from home on a weekly basis, due to the wide geographical area covered. Transport and accommodation will be provided.

  • Competitive Basic hourly rate + travel time, overtime. Meal allowance and paid accommodation when staying away.
